I am passionate about good quality food. My mother trained at the famous Cordon Bleu cuisine school in Paris in the 1960s and she taught me the value of eating well. I learned a thing or two from her, and I see every meal as an opportunity to blend flavour into a nutrient dense taste sensation even on a budget. I happily cook for my clients and my efforts are greatly rewarding, knowing I can provide something that not only tastes good but is nourishing to every cell in the body.
All budgets and tastes are catered for according to needs and wishes of every client. My own sub-speciality is according to nutritionally ketogenic low carb high fat (LCHF) principles which I see as vital to regaining and maintaining my health.
